The Collective Resource is a brand of MitiSource LLC, based in Overland Park, Kansas. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. These terms apply to use of this website and services purchased here. A separate written project agreement may set out additional scope, pricing, timing, and responsibilities for agreed work.

The $395 one-time roadmap
The Small Business Technology & AI Roadmap costs $395 USD as a one-time payment. It includes a detailed discovery conversation about your business operations, email, phone, and tools, followed by a tailored written technology and AI roadmap.
Implementation, ongoing support, and third-party software or subscriptions are separate. They are not included in the $395 purchase. This purchase does not start a recurring service subscription.
After payment, contact us to arrange discovery. Payment does not automatically book an appointment. We coordinate the conversation and delivery of the written roadmap with you; no automatic booking or fixed delivery deadline is offered on this website.
Other services and software
Personal assistance packages and B2B projects require confirmation of scope and pricing before purchase or work begins. Proposed monthly individual support is not launched and cannot be purchased here. We will agree any additional work and charges with you separately.
Third-party tools have their own terms, availability, and fees. A recommendation does not include a software license or authorize a subscription purchase on your behalf. We discuss those choices and costs as part of the proposed work.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Review the displayed offer and amount before paying. The website confirms payment only after checking its status with Stripe. A confirmation of payment is not confirmation that the service has been delivered.
For cancellation, rescheduling, refund requests, or a payment problem, contact info@thecollectiveresource.com or (913) 213-3242. We will discuss your request and the status of the work with you. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or remove any rights that apply under law.
Working together
Provide accurate contact and project information, and share only information or materials you are entitled to use. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or send unlawful or abusive content.
Recommendations depend on the needs and information discussed during discovery. Review proposed changes and AI-assisted work before relying on or implementing them. This website does not promise a particular business outcome or that any technology will be error-free.

Customer-requested SMS — when enabled
SMS is not live yet. Our SMS preference form is available to save permission, but it does not send or queue a message, request an immediate response, or automatically start a conversation when texting is activated. Its consent box is unchecked until you choose it. The Text option still opens a disconnected web-chat panel with a link to the form.
The Collective Resource’s texting service at (913) 213-3242 will support only two-way customer-initiated inquiries about technology and AI consulting, requested service follow-up, and call or appointment coordination. We will not send cold texts, unsolicited or bulk outreach, promotional campaigns, or marketing.
We will text only in response to your request or specific consent for that conversation or follow-up. An incoming text permits replies to that exchange, not enrollment in ongoing recurring messages. A purchase or inquiry alone does not enroll you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. The first response will identify The Collective Resource and include opt-out instructions.
When texting is enabled, reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will stop messages after any final opt-out confirmation unless you expressly opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@thecollectiveresource.com or call (913) 213-3242. You can also contact us directly to withdraw consent.
Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Messages may be delayed or not delivered; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texting for emergencies or urgent communications.
Our mobile information and SMS privacy protections prohibit selling, renting, marketing sharing, and transfer of consent to another sender.
Updates and contact
Changes to these website terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will agree material changes to already purchased work with you rather than treating a website update as permission for new charges or a changed scope.
